Inquire about organising a customised safari trip to Kenya for a group of 4-5 people from Sweden in June

We are reaching out to inquire about organising a customised safari trip to Kenya for a group of 4-5 people from Sweden in June. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we have seen that your agency has a very good reputation from other travellers. So we believe that you could offer us the best experience as well as the price:) 

Please find our basic information and requirements for the trip below. We would really appreciate it if you could give us your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Group size: 4-5 people

Flights: Stockholm - Nairobi

• Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on June 20th/21st (not decided yet)
• Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on June 28th/29th (not decided yet)
• It would be good if you can also helping us find the best flights according to the itinerary below.

Itinerary:

• 2 nights in Amboseli National Park.
• 1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.
• 1 night in Lake Naivasha National Park.
• 3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.

Accommodations:

• We would like stay within parks/conservation areas to minimise the travel time.
• In Nakuru, we prefer Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.
• In Naivasha, we prefer Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge.
• In Amboseli, we would like to have a luxury lodge with the view of Mount Kilimanjaro.
• In Masai Mara, we desire luxury lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.
• All the accommodations should be all-inclusive with three meals per day.

Transportation:

• A Land Cruiser for everyday's safari excursions
• Provide airpot transfer service

Guide:

• Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenya safaris and can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be good if the could share stories about the animals.
• We prefer a guide with good English as well.

Special requests:

• We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in Masai Mara.
• A night safari and/or early morning game drive included in the trip would be great.
• Please don't include visiting Masai villages in the itinerary.

We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a 4-person and a 5-person group, along with hotel recommendations. It would be great if you can offer us several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide your professional advice if any aspects of our plan could be improved.
