I hope you're doing well. I am planning a Kenya safari trip for two people and would like to request a customized itinerary for eight days.

Trip Details:

Arrival: I will be arriving in Nairobi on August 2nd at around 1:30 PM.

Departure: I plan to leave Nairobi early in the morning on August 10th.

Duration: This allows for seven full days dedicated to the safari.

Accommodation: We require a room with two separate beds.

Proposed Itinerary:

August 2: Arrival in Nairobi (around 1:30 PM)

August 3-4: Amboseli National Park

August 5: Lake Nakuru National Park

August 6-8: Masai Mara National Reserve

August 9: Return to Nairobi (need a hotel for the night)

August 10: Early morning departure from Nairobi

Could you kindly provide a detailed itinerary, a breakdown of pricing, and information on what is included in the package? Your assistance in planning this trip would be greatly appreciated.

Reminder about my Kenya customized safari trip from Nairobi - Amboseli - Nakuru and finally to Masai Mara

Did you receive my safari trip quote request?

Further to my above request, I was reviewing flight options and may adjust my schedule to arrive in Nairobi at 10:45 AM on August 3rd. This would allow me to travel to Amboseli the same day. Additionally, I plan to depart Nairobi on August 10th at 11 PM.

Updated Itinerary & Accommodation Preferences:

August 3: Arrive in Nairobi (10:45 AM), then transfer to Amboseli National Park

Preferred stay: Ol Tukai Lodge (room with two separate beds)

August 4-5: Amboseli National Park

August 6: Lake Nakuru National Park

Preferred stay: Lake Nakuru Sopa(room with two separate beds)

August 7-9: Masai Mara National Reserve

Preferred stay: Sarova Mara Game Camp (room with two separate beds)

August 10: Return to Nairobi (flight departs at 11 PM)

Could you please confirm availability at these lodges with a room that has two separate beds, and adjust the itinerary accordingly? Also, kindly provide an updated pricing breakdown based on these accommodations.

Hi Ricky,

Hope you are good and thank you for the above safari quote request.

The cost per person will be US$ 3,800.00 per person sharing. This is all inclusive quote for you, you will not be paying anything extra while on safari. I have also attached an Itinerary with details of your safari trip as per your request and changes in the subsequent post.

Wow Admin Brian,

This is was prompt and I appreciate your Itinerary.

I am wondering if, upon arriving in Nairobi at 10:45 AM on Aug 3rd, clearing immigration, picking up my luggage, and crossing the border, we would still have enough time for an afternoon game drive on August 3rd? It feels like the timing might be a bit tight—would you agree?

If it seems too rushed, would it be possible to go directly to the hotel instead and rest for the day, preparing for the next morning's activities? In that case, I assume the overall trip cost would be lower. Could you provide an updated quote based on this adjustment?

Many thanks for your above reply, its nice reading from you.

Please note that Ol tukai is inside the Amboseli National park. Therefore, we must pay the park entry fees even without enjoying the game drive.

I will advice we change the accommodation to a lodge which is outside like Amboseli sopa.

Attached please find the revised quote for your kind perusal.

August is very busy in the destinations you require in your safari trip and rooms are filing up very fast, we rather book early to avoid disappointment's.
