Kenya Safari Plan and Hotel Availability Request

Group of 6 travelers planning a private safari in Kenya

We are a group of 6 travelers planning a private safari in Kenya from September 28 to October 5, 2025, and would like to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip and confirmation of hotel availability.

We will be booking our own international flights. Tentative flight details are:

Arrival: Nairobi on Sep 28, at 06:40 / 06:50
Departure: Nairobi on Oct 5 at 18:00 or Oct 6 at 01:00
(This means we will need an airport transfer on the evening of Oct 5.)

Accommodations & Availability

We have carefully selected the following lodges for our 7-night stay:

3 nights – Mara Serena Safari Lodge (Maasai Mara)
1 night – Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort (Lake Naivasha)
2 nights – Ol Tukai Lodge (Amboseli)
1 night – Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge (Lake Nakuru)

These properties are our strong preferences, and we would like to proceed with these specific lodges if at all possible.
Securing accommodation at these lodges is currently one of our top concerns, so we would greatly appreciate your help in checking availability at the earliest opportunity.

If availability is limited, we are open to adjusting the itinerary order to accommodate them. However, we kindly ask that:

The proposed hotels above be used as long as they are available
In case of unavailability, please suggest equivalent or higher-standard alternatives
Once confirmed, please provide official written hotel confirmations after deposit payment
Once the accommodations are finalized, we do not accept any last-minute substitutions without our explicit consent

Transportation & Safari Experience

Confirm that we will be traveling in a 4x4 Land Cruiser for the entire trip
Confirm whether bottled drinking water will be available daily in the vehicle

Meals

Please clarify the meal plan at each hotel (is breakfast and dinner included?)
Clarify whether picnic lunches or restaurant meals will be arranged for midday during game drives

Guide Request

We would like to request a professional safari guide who:

Has rich experience in Kenyan safaris
Speaks fluent English
Can help spot and identify animals, and offer informative, engaging commentary throughout the journey

We are happy to offer above-standard tips for a high-quality guiding experience.

Quotation & Payment Terms

Please confirm hotel availability first, then provide a detailed, itemized quotation including:
Accommodation
Park entry fees
Guide/driver services
Vehicle and transport
Meals, water
All applicable taxes
After approval, we are happy to pay a deposit
The balance should be paid upon arrival in Kenya

Other Notes

Please omit any Maasai village visits from the itinerary
