Terms and Conditions for Freelance SEO Writers

Below find terms governing Freelance SEO Writers (Here-in-after referred to as 'Writers, plural and Writer, singular) at PerTourMarket.com (Here-in-after referred to as 'Client');

  1. Scope of Work:
    • The Freelance SEO Writer agrees to provide SEO-optimized content as per the client's specifications.
    • The scope of work, including the number of articles, external and internal references, social media presence, word count, keywords, and deadlines, will be agreed upon before the commencement of each project.
  2. Payment:
    • The Freelance SEO Writer will be paid a predetermined fee for each task.
    • Payment terms will be outlined in advance and agreed upon by both parties.
    • Payments will be made into the writer's client website account upon completion and approval of the work.
    • In case of any delay or Late payments, freelance writers may never hold pertourmarket.com liable to any penalties or interest as specified. Such delays may be communicated on the announcements center as soon as they are anticipated.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights:
    • The Freelance SEO Writer retains the copyright to the content created until full payment has been received. If payment is not made, the client may remove the content on client's and affiliated websites and terminate agreement to pay for the relevant task that resulted to that content.
    • Upon full payment, all rights to the content, including but not limited to copyrights, will be transferred to the client.
    • The client has the right to modify, reproduce, and distribute the content as they see fit.
  4. Confidentiality:
    • The Freelance SEO Writer agrees to keep all client information and project details confidential.
    • The client agrees not to disclose any confidential information provided by the Freelance SEO Writer.
  5. Revisions and Edits:
    • The Freelance SEO Writer will provide unlimited revisions and edits to the content based on client feedback.
    • Major revisions or changes outside the scope of the original task requirements may incur additional charges.
  6. Termination:
    • Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement with reasonable notice through writing and a termination is considered complete when both parties sign a termination form provided by the client upon either party's request to terminate the agreement.
    • In the event of mutual termination and full signing of termination forms, the Freelance SEO Writer will be compensated for work fully completed up to the termination date.
  7. Independent Contractor Status:
    • The Freelance SEO Writer is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.
    • The Freelance SEO Writer works on part-time basis and cannot tranfer any expenses or claim bill payments from the client.
    • The Freelance SEO Writer is responsible for their own taxes, bills, insurance, and other legal obligations.
    • The Client does not assure a continuous flow or reliability of income from the client websites and systems.
  8. Non-Compete Clause:
    • The Freelance SEO Writer agrees not to provide similar services to direct competitors of the client for a specified period after the termination of the agreement. This period is specified in the termination forms supplied by the client during the termination process.
  9. Governing Law:
    • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
  10. Entire Agreement:
    • This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

By accepting a project or Task, the Freelance SEO Writer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
